SEAT CUSHIONS:
We fabricate our standard seating with (High Resilient 2.6 Density) polyurethane foam,
which is considered the highest quality foam that is available to the upholstered furniture industry.

New Hickory Wholesale, warrants to you, the original retail purchaser, a limited lifetime
warranty on our high resilient foam cores against manufacturing defects.
Even though we use a high performing polyurethane foam, some flattening or loss of
resiliency will occur as a result of normal use and aging. This is not covered under
the warranty.

Cushion materials conform to the shape of the user and is not considered to be a
manufacturing defect.

All upholstery cow hide leather is susceptible to stretching. We use a softer foam on our
furniture for a more comfortable feel and the leather is more likely to become
wrinkled.  You can also expect some natural scars such as branding marks and small blemishes.

Cushion softness is significantly affected by the type of fabric or leather that surrounds it. Proper maintenance and seat cushion rotation where applicable will provide longer life and greater durability.
